the story of an international urban design project
An illustrated exploration of the story of events and decisions involved in winning and completing a major urban design competition over a period of two years. How we organised a large design team involving ten specialisms based in four countries and across several time zones. How we selected the team and learned to work together creatively while being under the microscope of political supervision trying to involve all the stakeholders. Just what is urban design anyway?
